“Lisa handled the sale of our condo and the subsequent search for, and purchase, of our next condo (both in Center CIty) and she did an outstanding job of dealing with any and all issues that arose during the course of the transactions. The result was a very smooth transition and we love our new place! Thank you Lisa.”

“I can never forget, and still talk about, how after 2 years with other realtors, you sold our house in about 90 days from listing it. You were always easy to reach when I needed you and a total pleasure to work with. The fact that you are an attorney was also great as I felt confident enough in you that I didn’t even find it necessary to hire my personal lawyer for closing, which saved me an additional expense. In sum, I would highly recommend you to anyone trying to sell a home. Best wishes for your continued, and well deserved success.”

“Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my home! We researched areas in Center City and saw houses over a few months, but we jumped into the fire in Spring 2007. I put my home in the suburbs up for sale, pending the graduation of my last son from high school. I luckily sold my home to the first person who walked through the door – but had to scramble to find a place to move as they gave me less than 90 days! Lisa and I went out in a horrible March storm, seeing house after house. When I walked into the last one, tired and frustrated – I knew. That was the one. Lisa, who was leaving the next day for vacation, went into a speed I’ve never seen – getting information (there was a bid already in), and compiling papers and documents. She came to my house, and as the snow got worse and worse, we got everything ready. She drove in a driving snow storm back into the city to file the papers. I knew she hadn’t packed, and wasn’t ready for her early flight, but she put me and my bid first. And the great news was – I got the perfect house.”
